Any suggestions on which mastodon server to use? Or should I just self-host?

What do I use in Germany to charge an EV at as many charging stations as possible? I only need AC charging but ideally I’d like a single app that works all over Germany.

Ever since Musk took over I started getting spam on Twitter. Not much, but it almost never happened before. Coincidence or another “useless” micro service that got turned off? I really need to look into mastodon.

@radazzouz I think it depends on what you are going to work on. In general I agree though.

@_mochs In other words, there are other (more humane) ways to assess an engineer’s skills and knowledge. Tricky questions on algorithm complexity and going through a list recursively ain’t the solution!

@radazzouz Oh that part. I mostly agree although I definitely did my fair share of this kind of problem solving at work. The book however is amazing. It is a really good prep for interviewing with the big tech companies.

@_mochs I don’t like the idea of asking those types of questions in an interview. In my entire career, I have never encountered any of those problems during my day-to-day work.

Being on twitter this week kinda feels like when you're watching a tv series you've heavily invested in and you know its going to be the last season based on how bad the storyline, plot and episode quality has gotten
