Last week I randomly got a $9,000 bill for a hospital visit from last year. I called them up and they said my insurance decided not to cover it. Why? Because.
.@Aetna can just decide they’re not interested in covering something and then you’re left with an inflated bill to pay out of pocket after the fact.
This is in addition to a $2,000 bill that I already paid. They just don’t want to cover it despite me paying a monthly premium.
Meanwhile illegals get free healthcare.

It's been 7 months since we had our baby and we're still receiving unexplained hospital bills in the mail. Hardly ever an adequate description of services. Just a QR code to pay online. It feels intentionally confusing and difficult to get answers. We want price transparency.

Something you're seeing today is that one of the signature characteristics of the left insurgents is they are very graceless about winning. They got what they wanted in Maine, but instead of pivoting to bring people in and beat Susan Collins they're doing ongoing factionalism.

Some thoughts as Mills drops out:
* I've been poorly inclined towards Platner for the obvious reasons - no use relitigating them.
* It seems pretty clear Platner just has the juice with Maine voters and Mills did not. He has a better chance in the general.
* Despite my reservations, I would vote for Platner over Collins if I lived in Maine and encourage others to do the same. Control of the Senate is too important to risk.
* It's good that Mills is dropping out of a losing race early rather than fighting a nasty battle to the end. Deserves some credit.
* Lots of people will want to universalize this race to be about their particular thing. Populism vs establishment, left vs center, white working class aesthetics, etc. But Maine is an odd state and I think it's difficult to universalize it.

@chrilenciaga @_petries Movie promotion music is almost never as fully formed as work that an artist creates for their own project so my expectations are a little different. The tone of the movie isn't like the video but I don't think they have to be the same to still work. They both represent fashion
