I have realized that most of the junior doctors on the timeline don't know the process in their field, but are ready to skew and lambast the health minister. 1. Financial Clearance is given for the posting to be done. 2. YOU ARE PUT ON PAYROLL right after posting. 3. You start receiving money after validation which includes the HR of your facility’s input. So when the health minister says all those who are yet to move to their posted hospitals will be removed from the payroll, he knows what he is talking about. PAYROLL IS NOT EQUAL TO PAYMENT.
