For me, #RatanTata is not a name, it's an emotion. From my childhood, I admire Sir Ratan Tata ji. Can't imagine the world without him.

It’s important to be alone and work on ourselves. So that when we are with someone we can give the best version of who we are.

Overthinking + delaying action when emotional clarity is missing. Once clarity comes, you move like a missile.

Real happiness is a mix of both. Habits keep you grounded. Achievements lift you up. #Realization

The world looks at the outcome first, the process second. So, have some patience and maintain some discipline. When your results are visible, your words will also carry weight.

People laughed at me for leaving my job. I had the perfect 9-5. • Operations Head at Oracle India • Good salary • Beautiful family Society said: You’re settled. But something inside me wasn’t. So in 2019, I did the unthinkable. I left Bangalore and moved back to Karur (a small town in Tamil Nadu) to sell Falooda Ice-Cream. Everyone thought I had lost it. Cut to 6 years later: The Falooda Shop has 18+ outlets across India & Dubai. And now, I’m building India’s next aspirational D2C Ice Cream brand in public. My journey has went from: Small town dreams → AC Offices → franchise kitchens → global shelves If you believe small towns can build big dreams, follow @Pradeepkannanj This is just the beginning. 🍨🇮🇳

In today's world, person’s status is often judged by money, luxury or fame, not by character or integrity. Success is measured more by possessions than by values.

We are from the same neighbourhood in South Mumbai; he was a friend and a client. But for me, Ratan Tata was more than an industrialist - he was a statesman in the truest sense of the word. I was fortunate to witness his grace in disagreement and his humility in triumph. His legacy isn’t just the Tata name; it’s the idea that decency and ambition can coexist. His quiet compassion, especially for animals, reflected his gentler side - one I shared in my own love for dogs. He didn’t just build the Tata group; रतन टाटा built a conscience for Indian enterprise.

"Never Give Up! Always Keep Smiling!" -- learnt this from my IIT junior, Himanshu. 🙏💪 A few months ago, Himanshu suffered a stroke and had to go through multiple operations, and is still recovering - something that could have broken anyone. But not him! Our conversation yesterday was so inspiring. It reminded me of 3 powerful life lessons: 1️⃣ Health is everything!! We often stress about small things -money, work, office or daily ki chik-chik. But the moment health fails, all other problems look so small. never take health for granted. 2️⃣ Always give back! Himanshu led the Pan IIT community in the UAE, selflessly helping others. When he faced his toughest time, that same community came together to support him - what we give to the world, always comes back. 3️⃣ Never give up!! Despite everything he and his family have been through, Himanshu continues to smile. Even in these times, he inspires everyone around him. truly unbreakable. 🙌 His never-say-die attitude is a masterclass in courage and resilience. Hats off to you, Himanshu. You’ve shown what real strength looks like. Wishing you a very speedy recovery! #Inspiration #NeverGiveUp #HealthFirst #Health #Resilience #ManuJain
