Took a bad turn early hours last night, in hospital now. Just wanted to say workout journey will have to end at 317 days in a row, I really hope some of you took positive motivation from it. Grateful for the NHS

Day 317 - Workout smashed✅ Late night one feeling far from my best, was really hard to get myself in here tonight. Proud to have done something. Don’t give yourself excuses get it done💪🏻

Day 316 - workout smashed✅ Officially jumper season, good job the workout heats me up. I always say give your best but your best looks different on different days depending on the obstacles you face. Feeling far from 100% but gave all I could to say day 316 & counting💪🏻

Day 315 - Workout Smashed✅ Freezing morning got me with a jumper on but I was definitely warm after this😅 Best way to start your day. Getting the body moving, prioritising your health and setting yourself up for success in the day ahead. Let’s go💪🏻😃

Day 314 - Workout Smashed✅ On Mondays we go all out! Put whatever has happened before behind you and start fresh. Every day is new opportunity, we are never promised tomorrow. Every sun rise is something to be grateful for, take advantage of it & be the best you can be😃

Day 313 - Workout Smashed✅ A rough Sunday workout complete after a fun weekend. Always feel better for it. No matter how you feel, there is always a choice in your control to take positive action, go for it💪🏻

Day 312 - Workout smashed✅ No better way to start a Saturday morning than with a workout! Sets you up for a fun weekend feeling fresh. Getting a good sweat helps me to be present and enjoy anything I’m doing, get the workout in you’ll feel better for it. Happy Saturday😃

Day 311 - Workout smashed✅ Friday night workout, everyone’s favourite plans…. When you have goals you want to achieve, dreams that excite you, use that excitement & turn it into effort. Let it drive you every day to give everything you got, ready to be your best💪🏻

Day 310 - Workout smashed✅ If you’re having one of those days where everything feels hard, getting up and doing something is a big win. Being able to look back on a day and say despite all obstacles I got a workout in or progressed in some way, that’s consistency💪🏻

Day 309 - Workout smashed✅ Early morning workout, always a good way to start the day! We all get caught up in how busy life can be but finding time for your own personal development has to be prioritised. Make the time to get that workout in and push yourself forward😃

Day 308 - Workout Smashed✅ Tough one today physically and mentally but we got it done! The days you don’t feel like it but push yourself for the better are the big wins. Day 308 & counting, get it in💪🏻

Day 307 - Workout smashed💪🏻 Never miss a Monday and we didn’t today I just left the post late😂 Regardless of the time you will never regret doing a workout and will always feel better for it! Give everything you can to be the best you can be💪🏻

Day 306 - Workout Smashed✅ Back on the Ski! Love the challenge of coming through intense cardio. Didn’t feel like it and had every excuse not to give my best but that’s the thing there will always be an excuse, face that head on and win! On the other end is self growth💪🏻🥳

Day 305 - Workout Smashed✅ A good Saturday kettlebell session, on the weights today & it was tough. You don’t need loads of equipment to get a sweat on, it comes down to the effort you put in. Give everything you’ve got & you’ll feel better for it. Never easy always worth it💪🏻

Day 304 - Workout smashed✅ Been a tough week to get through it but is always satisfying to get to Friday and be able to look back knowing I’ve made the most of each day! Doing something is always better than nothing, break a sweat you’ll feel better for it💪🏻

Day 303 - Workout smashed✅ Thought I’d posted this earlier but another solid effort earlier tonight getting the workout in! Make every day count, do something to progress. For me that’s breaking a sweat & knowing I’ve pushed myself. Make today your day 1💪🏻

Day 302 - Workout smashed✅ Consistency comes when you don’t let it be a question wether you’re going to put the effort in or not. No excuses, no exceptions, just progress. Value yourself enough to make the effort for you! It’s worth it💪🏻

Day 301 - workout smashed✅💪🏻 On the home stretch to a full 365 days. Every single workout up until now has helped me in one way or another whether it be to practise discipline, clear my head or just feel good for it. I can honestly say I always feel better after a workout 😀💪🏻

Day 300 - Workout smashed✅ No better way to start your week than with a sweaty workout! 300 days of consistent hard work, make today your day 1, get it in💪🏻

Day 299 -Workout smashed✅ After a 6 hour drive back from Nottingham & 2 more Powerchair football games, we get the workout in. Non-negotiable work every day prioritising health and progress. Had many excuses tonight, don’t listen to yours - get it done, for you💪🏻
