@northernassist my train was cancelled. I then created an account and clicked manage my booking in the confirmation email, but my journey isn’t showing to get a refund. What can you do?

@northernassist No, I don’t have the app. I was hoping it wouldn’t really require downloading software on top of creating an account with northern rail, to get a refund for a cancelled train.
