WORK ANNOUNCEMENT! I was the lead editor on Trails through Daybreak II! I edited 2/3rds of the main story and was a producer on the game's English dub. I helped a little with casting and provided supporting direction during all of the game's voiceover sessions at PCB.

Just watched the latest ep of Stone World on Netflix, and this seems like a mistranslation for 自力復活者 but I suppose story and flow wise it works. My take would've been "Could it be that someone revived on their own like Senku?"
