I've been thinking about buying a metal guitar VST for original songs because I don't think I can confidently mix and master my own guitar through an amp sim. Does anyone have recommendations for a convincing VST that at least *almost* sounds like a human is playing?

I might try doing weekly schedules for a month or so to see if engagement improves for me. viewership has been so bad lately and no amount of posting content anywhere else is carrying over.

I'm trying hard not to get lost in chasing something thats missing the point, BUT. There are musicians in this space I look up to, and I want to be a rockstar among them. I want to make something ambitious and I will not settle for mediocrity.

Songwriting and just trying to finish one thing in the last month has driven me insane. Trying to create something while fighting self doubt has gotta be the hardest thing I've gone through in my career.
