This is the first time that their legal action is being revealed to the public. the boyz are asking for termination of their contract due to the breakdown of trust because of unsettled fees and 100 is saying that the settlement is only delayed but will be made. the first hearing for the injunction was held at the Seoul Central District Court Civil Division 50 ony the 20th (Presiding Judge Lee Hyungwoo) where the boyz's legal rep requested for the injunction to be granted promptly so they can promote in a more stable manner and that the trust cannot be restored. they talked about the reasons for termination the boyz have stated: unsettled payments (3rd and 4th quarter of 2025); not giving them access to supporting documents; not fulfilling management obligations; unauthorised finalization of contracts with third parties without prior notice. but the agency couldnt accept these claims calling them false. The Boyz filed a lawsuot with the the court on the 23rd of March. And during the hearing then the boyz stated that they are proceeding with the concert using their personal funds and advanced payments to the suppliers, without any assistance from the agency because the agency hasn't been able to provide spaces they need like the practice room because they are not able to pay the rent. the boyz also emphasized that the agency has failed to pay 5.5 billion won in service payments with other companies, including stylists and album production companies, causing the collapse of the overall support system for the members' promotions. the agency said that the non-payment is only a temporary delay because of the procedures of the financial institutions. they also said that they will pay. 1.824 billion including 6% interest from the delay and presented documents later that day to the court. they also stated that since payments were made in the first 2 quarters, the trust has not been broken. they also said settlement documents have been provided quarterly and the parts that haven't been lrovided includes info about other artists which are trade secrets. The agency also added in court that the 1.5 billion paid during the signing is an advanced payment; that the members are acting like the contract is terminated when it remains valid; and that they are maintaining the contract despite the group's image being tarnished qnd the departure of 2 members. The agency's lawyers (Hyun Donghyep & Lee Songpil) added that if the injunction is granted that it is equivalent to the declaration of bankruptcy of the agency and that this is an attack to the M&A (merger & acquisition) not a management issue.
