april wrap up ~* 56.8kg ——> 53.4kg 19.2 ——> 18.4 bmi 68.6cm ——> 64.8cm waist less than i’d hoped but slow progress is better than no progress i suppose. hoping malnourished may stats look similar even with my vacation metab week in there aha

did have 0 protein in my restaurant omad tho so i’m thinking of having a yogurt bowl just so im not ravenous in da morning. since i ended up somehow in defecit + i burnt extra this afternoon cuz i thought id have to eat more so i def have the kcal budget for som yogurt n apple :P

like the salad was fr just endive, maybe 1/3 an apple, roughly 100kcal of brie, and then the dressing which was oil free (i asked) so just balsamic n whole grain mustard. plus it was an appetizer portion yea no way ts broke 500kcal so im calling it 400 n keeping my peace of mind.
