I think it’s just crazy how only after a relatively short amount of time, he’s becoming such a pertinent part of my daily routine. That waking up and falling asleep without him by my side would feel like I’m lacking something I miss deeply.

Every time I have a chance to actually sit down with my feelings for once, I suddenly get reminded of how much love and affection I feel for this man.

Don’t get me wrong, the show’s fucking good but I wouldn’t have survived A DAY in the Emergency Room department. Honestly, kudos to all of you doctors. It’s crazy out there.

After finishing the first season of The Pitt, I am suddenly reminded why I refused to go into this field, and high-school me knows what’s up because I wouldn’t have survived this. And medical school.

How I do miss when I can still have ‘control’ over how much impact you would have on my life, how I could choose the amount of times we get to talk and allow which parts of me to be seen and known by you. And right now, I’m just laid bare and naked. All the fucking time.

Sometimes I forgot about how peaceful it was like when you’re living all alone, and how distance might sometimes be just the solution for things.

It’s crazy how I’m now quite used to having your company beside me so anytime I get stressed out, I know that a hug is ready to welcome me at any time of the day.
