Wow so far this is one of the best cheat sheets on AI I've seen

Yet another AI confession (AdTech vet edition): I assumed AI agents would require massive compute, cloud only, enterprise budgets. Nope. 2026 twist: Efficient SLMs run smooth on mid-range phones, handling complex tasks without pinging the server. The barrier wasn’t power. It was imagination. @Aileyverse agents prove it: Pocket-sized superintelligence, privacy intact.

Quick reality check most people miss when building AI agents in 2026: The #1 reason agents fail in production isn't the model, it's poor tool design. Common trap: Giving your agent 15 shiny APIs/tools right away. What actually works: Start with exactly 1–2 ultra-reliable tools (the ones that solve 80% of the real job) Make tool output structured + verifiable (JSON schemas + error handling, not free-text) Add a self-critique step after every tool call: "Did this output actually move me toward the goal? If not, retry with better instructions. We learned this the hard way → our first multi-agent workflow hallucinated 40% of the time until we enforced strict tool schemas + critique loops. Now reliability is >92% on real customer tasks.

After years in AI, my team and I've found that building a decentralized system is inherently harder. That's why everyone avoids it. But complexity is where the real leverage is found.

2025 AI tech in one sentence: The year AI went from “ask me anything” to “I already did it for you—here’s the receipt.” In 2026 Privacy-first will lead the way, on-device, zero cloud leaks. 2026 is going to feel like 2012 → 2018 compressed into 12 months and we're just getting started.
