@Simpolo_10 @SilverKayondo It’s those with an inferiority complex who get offended by his words. Ugandan artists are very complex people to deal with, at least a good number of them. When someone is paid to sing and doesn’t turn up, what are the chances he or she will pay your legal fees?

We now await his resolve to clear the enrollment impasse. A few inroads are being made here and there, though much still remains in the pipeline.
