… and Defence secretary John Healey has just now refused to take a question from @GBNEWS today at his briefing in 9 Downing St. This is an insult to our viewers and listeners. I cannot remember a worse morning for snubbing of our Channel by this Government.
Christopher Hope📝@christopherhope

There’s a ceasefire in the Middle East after a five week war, @GBNEWS viewers are very worried about the impact of rising bills. And what does our Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper do? She refuses to come on @GBNEWS’ Breakfast show to speak to them. 🤷‍♂️ 😞

@christopherhope @GBNEWS Didn’t you declare to OFCOM that you were not actually a news channel, to justify your blatant partiality? With that in mind, why should the government take your questions in a briefing? Perhaps you should pick a lane, and stick to it…

@beverleyturner @labour “said some awful things about Jewish people” is somewhat understating the facts isn’t it? In your rush to be outraged by the Government, have you even considered the man’s history?

The @labour government just turned down £40-50million of revenue to the UK economy because one of the world's most popular music artists said some awful things about Jewish people which he has subsequently regretted, apologised for and offered to repair by meeting key Rabbis. Let that sink in... Terrifying times.

@simonwatt85 @PoultenDavid 😂😂 Johnson bought them knowing they were illegal, and somehow it’s ‘someone else’ that’s wasted the money! 😳 top logic there Captain!

@PoultenDavid It was May that wasted the money, not Boris. Boris was on the right track. A water canon could have sorted the Clapham hooligans out in no time.

While he was Mayor of London Boris Johnson bought three water cannon. When Khan got in he sold them for a pittance. Big mistake, we could make good use of those canons now.

If we are complaining about pensions then we should be complaining about the gold plated public sector pensions of civil servants, council workers that actually do very little Why are we paying for them to have absurdly high pensions yet draw the line at the triple lock?

@LynnH11277 @sophielouisecc Is that outrageously high? I would say that’s comparable to the lower end of private company CEO pay isn’t it? And Public sector employees don’t usually get stock options… There is one ‘judge’ in the country that earns £325,000, and I would say they are worth every penny!

@alexstacklondon @sophielouisecc Chief executive pay rates for councils £130,00 to £225,000, highest pay for non medical staff in nhs £109- £125,000+, judges £110-325,000, top level civil servants £130,000 -£300,000.

@LynnH11277 @sophielouisecc Have you got any actual figures to go with that? You said there are outrageously high public sector pay rates, what are those outrageous rates? It looks like you are just banging out generalisations or tropes without any facts behind them.

@alexstacklondon @sophielouisecc Final salary pension schemes, 1/49ths of salary per year schemes plus lump sums, non-contributary pensions eg armed forces (ok for lower ranks, but too many top brass), non-funded judiciary schemes, early retirements, politicians. Plus higher salaries and yearly rises.

@sophielouisecc Not to mention the outrageously high public sector pay rates particularly at the top level. They are not wealth creators, they do not take risk. The lower pay in the public sector used to be a quidproquo for the pensions. Time to limit the pensions. Including for the judiciary

@TiceRichard @BethRigby Epic lying! 😂😂 We all remember the ads and the leaflets lads, Reform were going to cut Council tax everywhere. And increasing Council tax by less than the inflation rate is not a cut, a cut would require that Council tax bills went down, which they haven’t. 😂

We found evidence that you took £100k in furlough the year you made £7m profit. And were a director of Digme Fitness with Mrs Sunak hoovering up £600K in grants before closing the company owing VAT you had taken from customers & tax and NICs you had taken from employees.

In defence of his 17 breaches of MPs' Code of Conduct Farage plays the innocent saying "I don't do computers.....I'm not computer literate". Farage is only 61. There are people twenty and thirty years older who are fully computer literate. #BBCNews #Farage

Read ' The Art of The Deal' by Trump ..then you'll understand that initially in the early days of his Presidency he tried to be diplomatic with Starmer over The Chaos Islands . Publicly giving him space to reconsider this utter madness giving strategic territory away and paying to do so . 🤦🤦🤦 That failed because Starmer is Marxist style thinker and wants to complete The Chagos deal ..it benefits China, ( don't forget The Super Embassy in London🤦) and it fits the globalist agenda not Britain's. Now after watching Starmer and realising he isn't putting Britain first, the gloves are off , he's telling the world the truth . He called It 'grossly stupid!' He sees Starmer is weak. He said similar in his last tenure about The EU being reliant on Russia for gas ..he said it was stupid .. He was right there too ! We have a leader here in Britain who is bulldozing Britain into a communist style future. Trump sees this, he's made a life in the real world not Politics.

@juneslater17 This is such as disingenuous take… There are 80,000 voters in Newark, and 20,000 voted for Jenrick as a Con. 3,000 people turning out for a Reform event is not evidence that that ANY of the 20,000 have ‘turned’, it isn’t even 50% of people who voted Reform last time! 😂

When Nigel Farage and Robert Jenrick speak to members of the press, there's no hesitation, no ums and ahs, just direct answers, spoken from the heart. Something lacking in Keir Starmer. A heart.
