Update zu #Utrecht: Der Schütze ist polizeibekannt und zielte auf Schwägerin und ihr Helfenden. Ein Mann, der in der Tram rief "Ich bin Marokkaner", blieb aber unversehrt. Deshalb ging die Polizei wahrscheinlich auch schnell erst von einem Terrormotiv aus.
