AI video has a consistency problem. Every model can generate 10-second clips, but making a high quality ad with one character across 60+ seconds... still very difficult. Here's my process for high quality UGC + character consistency: → Write a winning script (or spin the structure from a competitor ad that's already working) → Select an AI avatar in Calico AI (this locks in the face, voice, and vibe for consistency across all generations) → Feed the script chunk by chunk, generating in 10-15 second clips for each piece → The same character, setting, and product placement stays consistent across every generation → Layer in AI-generated B-roll for dynamic product shots → Edit everything together in CapCut — music, captions, done A creator can typically charge $200-$500 for this. Total cost with AI: under $50. But the real advantage isn't price — it's speed. You can go from script to finished ad in an afternoon. Test more. Kill losers fast. Scale what works. Today, most brands outside the Twitter bubble still don't know this is possible.
