So it’s personal news from me…election results day was my last day on shift for BBC News. I have had a fantastic, varied and fun 23yrs. The best bit is the great people I have worked with. Very lucky to have finished packaging from Bristol with my team.

The man who always just makes things possible, makes the pictures look fantastic and makes sure the piece makes is @andyalcroft - and slightly annoyingly the man who asks one final question that gets the ‘clip’ needed.
