@elplaga008 @TheAthleticFC I he wants to know why teams are treated differently within the same league. Everton worked with the PL to stay compliant, got stitched by the PL following the enforced loss of Usmanovs sponsorship and the rise in interest rates following the Russian i vasion. Chelsea hid payment

@TheAthleticFC Is David Moyes aiming to finish above Chelsea. Man should focus on their fixtures this evening.

Everton manager David Moyes has called for clarity over why Chelsea escaped a points deduction for their historical breaches of the Premier League’s financial rules.
Chelsea were given a one-year ban, suspended for two years, from signing first-team players and handed a £10million fine on March 16 following charges relating to incomplete financial reporting and missed payments during Roman Abramovich’s time as owner.
The charges are from 10 years ago and would not have impacted the club’s compliance with the Premier League’s profitability and sustainability rules (PSR).
Everton were given two points deductions totalling eight points during the 2023-24 campaign for PSR breaches.

@AyoStiloOniGAPS @TheAthleticFC Self reported despite knowingly not reporting ans hiding the payments
English

@TheAthleticFC Chelsea self-reported the findings. The FA didn't spend man-hours digging out hidden crimes

@void_tuts @mattyrei1878 @StretfordEndx @Ekremkonur We do have him, and he would still walk into the Utd midfield

🚨 Manchester United are interested in SIGNING Keirnan Dewsbury-Hall.
Leicester City are not looking to sell the midfielder without a strong offer. [@Ekremkonur] #mufc

@ToffeeTVEFC I would guess he will reach a dead end as they close ranks

@CrashOf47 @DexxterUtd Rooney hit a 25 yarder against the England GK. Dowman had no one in goal and had to beat Mykolenko, which nearly every attacking player has done all season
English

@DexxterUtd In 2002? Wayne Rooney. Games were more open. More space to operate.
In 2026? Max Dowman. Tighter spaces. Low blocks. Probably suits him more.

If Liam Delap was made available this summer, should Everton be interested again?

@OluwaGbasten @SkySportsNews The changes to refs, the ruling out of a goal for nothing and then giving a penalty for nothing the lack of control of ball boys and the embarrassing actions of stadium officials screams of corruption
English

@HHstories017 @SkySportsNews Being even more candid, the goal should never have been disallowed, nor should the penalty have been awarded
English

@SkySportsNews Let’s be candid Senegal does not deserve that cup their decision to leave the field change that game momentum
English

@SkySportsNews Not much suggestion of corruption. It was there in plain sight
English

@MichaelBerry12 @vinerbrian @premierleague So Everton's £19 million deficit = 10pts deduction and fine whilst the £47 million hidden payments = a fine
English

@MichaelBerry12 @vinerbrian @premierleague On materials for the stadium we were building and the rise in interest costs on committed loans, and also the removal of £30 million in sponsorship due to the ties with Usmanov. All pretty much out of control. Chelsea deliberately hid payments
English

The message from the @premierleague couldn’t be clearer. If we think you’re an important part of our brand, we’ll only pretend to punish you. But if you’re Everton or Forest, guilty of a much lesser rules breach, we will try to relegate you. Transparent and indefensible
