Wczoraj pożegnałem mojego najukochańszego kompana, przyjaciela. Negev jest już w “leśnym niebie” Kochał las i to był nasz drugi dom, spędziliśmy tam najpiękniejsze nasze chwile. Mimo że potrafiliśmy spacerować godzinami to już żałuję że mogłem więcej i więcej dać tego czasu. one of the worst things about insomnia is, well, besides not sleeping and the slew of physical and mental pain it causes, getting socially isolated. I barely have energy for work, I’m too depleted to be social, that then causes more sadness, anxiety and.. insomnia
