This year really taught me a lot. I've learned not to force things, not attention, not love, not validation; there's peace in understanding your worth... if you ever find yourself in a room where your presence isn't valued, walk out with your head high. I stopped depending on anyone for success, i chose to build it on my own terms, even when it meant doing it alone; i now connect only with people who genuinely want to see me win. I' m proud of how much i've grown, proud of the person i've become, someone who knows when to leave spaces that no longer serve them; that turned me into a different kind of asset, one that people now respect and want around.
