im not saying this to fight with anyone, this is my perspective as a healthcare professional and as someone who got like more than 15 endoscopies done in the last 3 years only, but invasive medical procedures like these are done to either diagnose something or rule something out. div1 making them to do this purely for content is fucking dumb in my opinion. and anesthesia always has a risk no matter how small, endoscopy always has a risk no matter how small and this risk is taken BECAUSE it is a diagnostic procedure, because it has a purpose normally. you never know how someone is going to react to anesthesia or a procedure 100% and a 1% risk seems low but there is no guarantee that you wont be that 1%. i know the code is alr filmed and obviously no harm was done, thank fucking god, but what if it wasn't? people do genuinely die from malpractice. why tire their liver and kidneys with the anesthesia and take that risk for literally no reason but our "entertaintment"?
