@beyond_ARMY_ Ponchos can be worn, carried unfolded, or in original package. Electrolyte packets are allowed. Fans must be rechargeable. Things can be clipped to bags or straps. Lockers will be available on the day of the event. Signs & flags can be 11x15 inches.

@beyond_ARMY_ Hi there! Lightstick batteries are allowed. 1 4.5x6.5 inch bag per guest, can be clear but no larger. Picked up merch can be brought inside. Freebies can be clipped, held, worn, in pockets, etc. just not in a second bag. Sunscreen is allowed, no aerosols.
