i genuinely don’t think i’ve stopped thinking about my body since like first grade so 13? years ago

just saw smth nostalgic and started crying and then thinking abt how i can’t remember the last time i didn’t think abt my body

lymph nodes are so swollen from pms and binging

why am i convinced i will be free once i hit my gw

when you’ve been in a cycle of just losing and gaining the same 2 kg so you lowkey just

experiencing extreme hunger is SO embarrassing like omg get over urself there r ppl who have lower bmis doing just fine

i WILL be thin by the end of the year.

all this starving and restricting just to look disgustingly average

about to push all the terrible feelings of my depression (off meds recently) into an insane relapse and will emerge skinnier than ever will be unstoppable and so happy

will be doing max 400 cals for the rest of finals season (basically july)

i think i’m going to limit the meals i take w my friends bc i always end up eating sm and then i feel so angry at myself and i can’t deal w that rn and would rather isolate

starving all day just to eat straight bullshit at 8pm

when starving myself ACTUALLY makes me have no energy

surely i cant be the only one that hates the stereotype of asian people being naturally skinny

how it feels to have an ed and be fat

the way id be the bigger one
