@GPxGP @MOBgamevent @survivetheark @digitalfoundry @jeremystieglitz 5.4 parallelizes the render thread, and ASA is very CPU-bound on the render thread. Optimistic for dramatic performance improvements ahead!

@arkjesse @Nekatus Hmmm it should just work for Mods -- I mean, 'Dear Jane' itself is just a Mod!

. @arkjesse and the SWC art team did such a cool job with Nerva's cape physics in DearJane #5, reminds me of Batman in the Arkham games😋

@Nekatus @jeremystieglitz This uses anim dynamics, we don’t actually use cloth physics anywhere! I’ll look into whether we could enable it for mods, but we would need to do some testing to make sure it works in game.

@Sheranuva @jeremystieglitz Did you recreate your character? The underlying code changed but the old settings could not be automatically updated. Use scissors to adjust your character model in game.

@jeremystieglitz @arkjesse I love the animated series skins!!! :) The animations are so nicely done! But sometimes I want to see my own character model but whatever you guys did with it... it looks disgusting (female model) :( Are you doing something about it? I don't want to be a deformed barbie-girl.

@iSPEZZ @jeremystieglitz We don’t use actual cloth physics because it is too expensive and has various workflow issues. Anim dynamics like this is far more performant and easier to manage in the pipeline.
