Having watched the footage, I struggle to see how this doesn't at least warrant investigation for potential public order offences, common assault, and misconduct in public office.
The officers have been sacked, but disciplinary action and criminal liability are two different things.
Nobody entrusted with authority should be above the law.

Two Harrow council enforcement officers threatened a member of the public, boasted that the police will "fuck you up" because they work with them, then switch off their body cams. They've now been sacked. Are proper background checks and vetting procedures actually being carried out before they're handed positions of authority? If you work for a council, you work for the British public.

We are aware of a video circulating in relation to the conduct of two enforcement officers. Swift action was taken as soon as the incident and complaint were raised to us and Kingdom in May, and the individuals involved no longer work for Kingdom.

This case from 2025 has already been resolved.
The squatters were evicted by police on 20 June 2025 after the local MP intervened. The elderly homeowner regained possession of her property. Squatting in a residential building is a criminal offence in England and Wales under section 144 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012. Police have the power to arrest anyone who enters or remains in a residential property as a trespasser with the intention of living there.
It is not simply a civil matter. In this case, officers ultimately treated it as the criminal offence it is and removed the occupants.

3rd world foreigners are STEALING native English old ladies homes.
An elderly woman in her 80s returned from visiting her 102-year-old friend to find a gang of Eastern European squatters had taken over her home in Chingford, London.
They broke into her home while she was away, refused to leave, & are now living there like they own the place.
Police have told her it’s a “civil matter” & refuse to help.
