I judge the thinking ability of people in the health space based on how they respond to posts like this. if you think this is some profound and novel idea that has never been tried, or think patients adhere to this more than like 1% of the time and magically change their lives around because you told them to then you might be slow

I got my diagnosis. I’m not ready to share it yet. It’s not a tumour, cancer, or anything like that. My blood work is perfect. The doctor even asked if I supplement vitamin D, and I don’t, heehee. (The only thing I supplement is collagen, and I’ve stopped that for about a month now.) However, the diagnosis is a hard pill to swallow, and I don’t know what the future will bring. From the results, it seems like it’s something I’ve had for a longer time, but I only got my first ever clear symptoms two weeks ago. I’m still dealing with them It’s surprising that I didn’t experience any of these clear symptoms earlier in life. It looks like I’ve been lucky that what they found wasn’t located in places that could have affected my life more negatively After going through years of chronically elevated stress levels (I even lost lots of hair because of it), which I’ve managed to improve so much, (growing back a full head of hair), I went through another highly stressful period at the beginning of this year. Soon after, my symptoms followed I’ve learned not to keep pushing myself to do things that make me unhappy. I’m honestly looking for a barista job or something simple and cute like that Thank you guys for your kind words of support! It means a lot to me.

Japanese media dominates in my generation because they remember something crucial about storytelling: don't dumb it down for your audience and don't be cynical.
