🪩 Ready, Set, Dance! 🪩
Despite all of the dancing at TYWLS for this year’s Summer Bridge Program, the smiles were anything but choreographed! We are proud of these young women for bringing all their energy and courage to their performance.
A special thanks goes out to our friends at Concerts for Compassion for giving us this amazing opportunity to expand our musical interests!

🎻Rock, Paper, Scissors - PLAY!🎻
At NYSA 2023, the young people were introduced to the string trio, "Rock Paper Scissors". They shared a program that encouraged us to think, feel, imagine and interact with all the sounds of music from friends and artists around the world.
💡 This year, our theme for the Newcomer Youth Summer Academy (NYSA) was Light! 💡
Each letter that makes up "Light" has carried a presence in our classrooms and in the various activities that have taken place throughout the program.
