@mullett99 @lukicenturii @jackfriks Wow the CPAP literally changed your life then!! I still struggle with the mask 2 years on, haven't kept it on for a night constantly. Usually rip it off after a few hours but it helps me massively

@azzwuff @lukicenturii @jackfriks 9 is light work. :-) 46 disruptions per hour for me. I had the study done after I fell asleep at a traffic light driving home from work.

@lukicenturii @jackfriks UK here to didn't have to pay for mine, I stopped breathing when sleeping which was waking me up...had the sleep apnea test thought I slept well...turns out my body was waking 9 times an hour...since having the machine I don't snore and feel like a different person when I use it.

@jackfriks Earlier this year, I decided to buy a CPAP to help reduce my snoring and fix my sleep. It removes the snoring 95% of the time. It hasn't changed my life yet, but I read that it takes some time to pay off the sleep debt.

Sleep with a mask now and I'm a different person - just horrid to get used to wearing it
