A random stand, because it's not overt. Both are a lottery, but a quirk has a higher probability of fucking you through body disfigurement. Even if a stand is useless, at least it won't disfigure you. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but where a quirk is more of a true lottery with a genetic component, a stand has some elements of reflecting the psyche/subconscious of the stand user. And that's cool as fuck. Say it's a truly random stand vs truly random quirk though, still going stand, just for the lack of potential body disfigurement. You also don't have the expectations that come with an overt, showy superpower. Stand is 100% the stealth option on most dice rolls. Stand, easy.

I recommend watching at 0.25 speed to actually see all the pictures. Supposedly there's over 4000 of them, which would explain why I appear as late as past 1 minute mark - despite my name beginning with an A.
