Just watched this year’s “ghost story for Christmas”. Honestly, hand on heart, not a patch on the ghost stories I’ve written even allowing for the spelling mistakes and the bad grammar. Next year, use one of mine, I reckon the mourning ring would be perfect .

I'm not much of a Madeira drinker, but, as with vermouth, I like to have a bottle of Duke of Clarence on hand for gravy and sauce-making purposes.

Just remembered I'm out of Madeira and I forgot to stock up at the supermarket.
