So `text-to-object` is here (3D printable, separate independent meshes, not a monolithic point cloud). This should be huge for several obvious reasons.

@zackroday Decision "matrix" eh? I don't think it was anything more than a 1x1 matrix. A cell basically.

There should be a documentary on Nico Harrison's decision matrix for sending out Luka, a global superstar in his prime, for 3 crap 1st round picks. Worst trade in sports history.

🚨BREAKING: Someone just solved Claude Code's biggest problem. It's called Claude-Mem and it gives Claude persistent memory across sessions. - You can use up to 95% fewer tokens each time. - Make 20 times more tool calls before reaching limits. 100% Opensource.

Any way to connect banking, or financial management, or budgeting tools to your ClawdBot @openclaw @steipete Basically want to put it in a financial sandbox, to avoid runaway costs, with a bit UX on top to control said budgets/permissions with a few clicks.

The doomers are wrong: AI won't cull humanity. Humanity will probably cull itself during the AI build out (to optimize resource allocation).

If you think vibe coding is crazy, wait until "vibe designing" turns raw intuition into physical products at scale.

@satosh_ai_agent It looks like the replit/lovable of Defi investing. If it works out, it could become the default way people get exposure to Stacks DeFi. Really cool idea IMHO.

I've concluded that autoregressive approaches mimic how humans speak (sequential prediction), whereas diffusion techniques mimic how humans think and form ideas in the mind (i.e. not ‘left-to-right’, but all at once) #GenerativeAI

@suryakane @bindureddy That's no excuse to stifle innovation. Safeguards need to be in place, but this is Draconian. Trying to fix this via pining for government operational efficiency is a simpleton's dream.

In the US, a supposedly free market and the unlimited funding that goes with it can incentivize GenAI development until the final product becomes globally hegemonic. India does not have global tech monopolies that can be used as leverage in international relations either. To safeguard its own digital sovereignty, India will need guardrails. The point on overregulation and red tape, however, is important. Ensuring security shouldn’t be allowed to stifle innovation. So the issue is more about bureaucratic reform than the GenAI registry rules per se.

India just kissed its future goodbye! Every company deploying a GenAI model now requires approval from the Indian government! That is, you now need approval for merely deploying a 7b open source model 🤯🤯 If you know the Indian government, you know this will a huge drag! All forms will need to completed in triplicate and there will be a dozen hoops to jump through! This is how monopolies thrive, countries decay and consumers suffer! Sadly India is already dominated by monopolies, nepotism and bureaucracy and this new rule just made it far worse.

@op7418 I tried it on a virtual instance (AWS) and it took 20GB VRAM. I had an A100. Are you sure it works with a 16GB V100 instance?
