This case is actually way worse than the initial footage revealed. This longer video shows that after smashing the guy head first into a metal bollard the police handcuff him and drag him around. They then threaten and shove around the person filming it.

You can clearly see the man isn’t resisting on the ground and a police officer punches him in the head. Then they throw his screaming 5 year old kid in the back of the police car like a criminal.
