API-UP: The root cause of the problem was traced to a communication issue outside of the Balanced network. Resolved 2 hours ago, monitoring.

API-ISSUE: We're seeing some intermittent network connectivity issues that we're investigating.

API-UP: A redis cluster appeared to experience network latency. The slowness has gone, we will continue to investigate the root cause.

DASH-UP: We're processing through a larger than average backlog of history. History is expected to be caught up within the hour.
