Guys....I love y'all. I really do. But I seriously have nothing to do with the broadcast. At a home event I can sometimes relay issues to production. But I'm simply a broadcaster. This is an independent event. Complaining to me is essentially yelling at your local banker about a decision JP Morgan made on Wall Street. But I love y'all.

A great crowd in Biloxi tonight as State takes on Tulane. Perfect night for baseball. Always a tremendous event.

No. 4 Mississippi State and Lipscomb will play Game 3 of the series Saturday at 10 a.m. at Dudy Noble Field due to expected inclement weather in the Starkville area.

Game 1 of the weekend series with Lipscomb begins at the top of the hour. Final non-conference weekend series before league play kicks off next week at Arkansas. About to go live on SEC+.

Well...that was a good weekend. Almost a great weekend. But I feel better about this team than I have at any time this season.

You've gotten little of everything...Big swings....Pitchers have gotten out of jams...Home plate umpire becoming a spokesman for robo umpiring. Of course...with the national umpiring association...he'll probably get the plate in Omaha for the finals.

Certainly hasn't gone to plan the past two innings....but no matter what happens....this has been a pretty good heavyweight fight.

Been a good trip to the Lonestar State so far. Nice 15-8 win over Virginia Tech to improve to 11-0.

Good start in Arlington. Solid 8-4 win over a good Arizona State team.
