We were pleased to host @ulsterahs Meanwhile Use of Heritage at Risk event in Carlisle Memorial today. The group also visited 101 Donegall Street, Indian Community Centre, and Carnegie Oldpark Library. Each is a powerful reminder of short term use guiding long term futures.
