I see L3s as a solution for moving reserve currencies. To deposit large amounts of value in stablecoins $XMD, Bitcoin, Dogecoin or in Ripple's case even XRP for it's customers. More so a service than anything which is especially good for $XPR. Just a thought.

Being double minded bluring the line between doubt and faith. To worry and doubt in the creator whereas nothing is too much for him to do. To seek truth but not believe in it's power. To lose your saltiness. The thing that has people wondering what does he/or she have. Optimism is faith in action.
