It depends on if you see photography as an art form or a tool. Someone does a job for you, then you pay them, but if you're publishing an artists work then you need to credit them 🤷♂️

Maybe I just don’t understand. Why do photographers expect both payment and a tag? What other industry gets paid for the work and also expects promotion from the customer afterward? Genuinely asking. I’m open to being wrong if there’s something I’m missing.
