@parkrun This fantastic lady Alison flew into LHR a little later than scheduled. She made it to our event (which is very close to the airport) but had to run in BA uniform! Amazing effort!

I bore myself with the repetitive positivity but this really is the best start to my weekend 🤣🙈 l love @hmyoifeltham @parkrunUK It’s an amazing initiative for the YA’s & men for both their physical & mental wellbeing but it’s brilliant for me too 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾🧡 #powerofsport @potts70

Thanks to the generous Bedfont Lakes parkrun community we now have enough funds to purchase brand-new pacer vests which will debut this Saturday! 🩵 Importantly, we raised enough for replacement defib pads & batteries too #loveparkrun
