The hardest part of building a consumer crypto app is not getting users.
It is giving them a reason to stay once the rewards slow down.
What I find interesting about @sleepagotchi is that they seem to be approaching the problem differently.
Instead of treating the token as another farm-and-dump reward, they are building it as an access layer inside the ecosystem.
Want premium AI coaching or more advanced health features?
You need to lock and use the asset.
That changes the psychology quite a bit because the token becomes something people use rather than something they immediately sell.
The other piece that stands out is the B2B side.
If brands want to reach the community through the shopping agent and other ecosystem features, they need to participate in the same economy.
To me, that is a lot more interesting than another points program with endless emissions.
Long-term sustainability comes from creating real demand inside the product, not just distributing more rewards.
The projects worth watching are usually the ones solving that problem first.
