@maggiepint I use a carbon steel pan for eggs. Highly recommend. Builds up a patina similar to cast iron but not as delicate in terms of care.

Got a new induction cooktop. Will be abandoning most of our teflon pans (which I mostly kept because they heated fast on our old electric stove). The real question is, do I continue to risk Teflon-cancer for perfect scrambled eggs?

@annaecook With no disability myself, I often benefit when in "hindered" environments. When reading a screen in bright sun, proper contrast sure helps. When viewing a page while on iffy internet connections, a page that is at least mostly usable without all images and css is nice.

@pahlkadot Trello for this and some other things (can't say I am great at always doing it)... cross-platform, flexible in terms of adding comments / attachments, ability to email-to-board, etc.

@tm4smallbiz I just had to check, and yeah, they still have the cool retro UI going on. About 6 years ago, we had built a prototype of a new TM search UI and demoed it to some of the USPTO IT folks... but it seems to be the same old thing still.

In Figma, many teams use emoji in page titles to mark a page’s status (in progress, complete, etc). It’s an example of users creating a feature for themselves in the “wiggle room” provided by the application’s other features. What do you call this? Where else have you seen it?

I wish I could attach alt text TO an image file maybe in the meta data? even if it wasn’t widely supported, I’d love it even just for myself is there anything like that??
