However, only 16 programs have won more than 5 games during this period. Hand to God, this really happened. I have a witness ... UIL REALIGNMENT NOTE -- One year way back in the day (1990s), someone at the AP inadvertently released realignment early on the wire service. Upon arriving at the Athens Review around 4:30 that morning, I saw it and realized Christmas had come early. It was taken down soon thereafter, but not before I had made notes and calls. I remember calling my friend David Campbell and coaches at Mabank and Eustace, both schools of which were surprisingly moving up in classification.
