@troyhunt thought I’d detail a rather poor security story with Microsoft. My son’s MS account got hacked yesterday. Don’t know how, strong password and passkey. No 2FA as is a pain on Xbox app. Hacker removed passkey, changed recovery email and added 2FA.

Can’t password reset or use recovery as they rely on 2FA. Support have investigated and found it has had a unauthorised access. But, they can’t do anything! Purchases = gone. OneDrive files = gone!
