My Ola S1X scooter (Vehicle No MP65ZB7482, Registration No: 6266222867) has been lying at the service center for around 8 months due to MCU and BMS faults. The service center staff are not responding properly and parts are still not available @OlaElectric @bhash @jagograhakjago

@FI_InvestIndia Yes, service is improving though not yet fully there. Wait times are lower though need to be lower still. Had to fix technician hiring and training. And then parts availability! Both are happening and will take few more weeks to fully scale across the country.

I think Ola Founder @bhash ji is personally responding to X posts and getting service assured. Rare for founders to do that !!!! Kudos. Those who really have issue with their OLA products, should put it in comments, tag the Ola teams, with service details etc. I think this is the time to test the Hyperservice which Ola is promising. I am seeing multiple posts of Ola service improving. If this is really true, then this is good step for the entire eco system. I hope this is not a marketing thing again. Any cases where some of you in my audience have really seen service improve? Any feedback? As an Indian, I really want this team to succeed !!! #FI
