ADC Convention: Accreditation in Progress at Rainbow Event Centre, No Report of Sabotage.. Shortly before midnight, we received a report that the owner of Rainbow Event Centre had informed the party leadership in charge of the Convention that he had been instructed to withdraw permission for use of the venue. He stated that he did not want to lose his only means of livelihood, and as such, the ADC would have to vacate the premises. The party leadership said there was no alternative venue available due to time constraints. The party has resolved that if this order — given by whomever — is enforced and the ADC is denied the right to use Rainbow Event Centre, we will conduct the convention on the streets. Having completed all contractual agreements, we informed the management of Rainbow Event Centre that there will be no change of venue.
