In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The joint military aggression by the #ZionistRegime and the #UnitedStates of America against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which began on February 28, 2026, with the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution & a number of senior officials of our country, and concurrently with attacks on military and civilian infrastructure including schools, hospitals, sports facilities, residential homes, and public service centers, and which continues unabated, constitutes a flagrant violation of Iran's territorial integrity and national sovereignty.
Responding to this ruthless military aggression is Iran's inherent right to self-defense, as enshrined in Article 51 of the UN Charter. The armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are utilizing all their capabilities to counter this criminal aggression. The exercise of Iran's inherent right to legitimate self-defense will continue until the aggression ceases, or until the UN Security Council fulfills its duty under Article 39 of the UN Charter by identifying and naming the aggressors and determining the responsibilities arising from their aggression.
As has been elucidated in various correspondences with the UN Security Council, based on the fundamental principle of international law concerning the "prohibition of causing harm from one's own territory," states are prohibited from allowing their territory to be used, directly or indirectly, to cause injury or damage to other states. In this regard, UN General Assembly Resolution 3314, adopted by consensus and reflecting customary international law on the definition and instances of military aggression, considers in Article 3, paragraph (f), one instance of military aggression to be "The action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State."
Furthermore, as a fundamental principle of international law, states must strongly prevent, and not facilitate or support, the launching of military aggression by forces stationed in their territory against other countries. It is evident that in the event of violation of these fundamental obligations, other states from whose territory military aggression is launched against a third state will bear international legal responsibilities, including with regard to compensation for direct and indirect damages incurred.
The Islamic Republic of Iran, in exercising its inherent right to defend its national sovereignty, and in light of the clear failure of the UN Security Council to fulfill its duties and responsibilities under the UN Charter, has undertaken necessary and proportionate defensive operations against the bases and installations of the aggressors in the region. This action is legitimate from the perspective of international law, and prior and continuous warnings regarding it were issued at various levels.
No factor can undermine Iran's inherent right to defend itself against the military aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime. Iran's defensive operations are directed against the targets and facilities that are the origin and source of the aggressive actions against the Iranian nation, or which serve such purposes. Regional countries have undoubtedly realized by now that US bases on their soil have not contributed to regional security, but are used only to support Zionist child-killers and American aggressors.
The Islamic Republic of Iran remains committed to maintaining and continuing friendly relations with regional countries based on mutual respect, the principle of good neighborliness, and respect for each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
It emphasizes that Iran's defensive operations against US military bases and installations in the region should by no means be construed as enmity or hostility towards the countries of the region.

بیانیه وزارت امور خارجه درباره ضرورت خودداری کشورهای منطقه از قرار دادن قلمرو و امکانات خود برای تجاوز نظامی علیه ایران بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم تجاوز نظامی مشترک رژیم صهیونیستی و آمریکا علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران که از روز شنبه مورخ ۹ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ (۲۸ فوریه ۲۰۰۶) با به شهادت رساندن رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی و جمعی از مقامهای ارشد کشورمان، و همزمان حمله به زیرساخت های نظامی و غیرنظامی از جمله مدارس، بیمارستانها، مکانهای ورزشی، منازل مسکونی و مراکز ارائه خدمات عمومی شروع شد و همچنان ادامه دارد، نقض آشکار تمامیت سرزمینی و حاکمیت ملی ایران است. پاسخ به این تجاوز نظامی بیرحمانه، حق ذاتی ایران در دفاع از خود است که در ماده 51 منشور ملل متحد هم متبلور شده و نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران از کلیه امکانات خود برای مقابله با این تجاوز جنایتکارانه استفاده می کنند. اعمال حق ذاتی دفاع مشروع ایران تا زمانی که تجاوز متوقف شود و یا شورای امنیت سازمان ملل به وظیفه خود وفق ماده 39 منشور ملل متحد با شناسایی و معرفی متجاوزین و تعیین مسئولیت های مترتب بر تجاوز آنها عمل کند، ادامه خواهد داشت. همانطور که در مکاتبات مختلف به شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد تبیین شده است، بر اساس اصل بنیادین حقوق بین الملل مبنی بر «منع اضرار به غیر، از قلمرو تحت مالکیت و حاکمیت خود»، دولتها از اینکه قلمروی آنها به شکل مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم برای ایراد صدمه و ضرر به دیگر دولت ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، منع شده اند. در این رابطه، قطعنامه 3314 مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد که با اجماع کامل تصویب شده و منعکس کننده قواعد عرفی حقوق بین الملل در خصوص تعریف تجاوز نظامی و مصادیق آن است، در بند «و» ماده 3، یکی از مصادیق تجاوز نظامی را «اقدام یک کشور در اجازه دادن به استفاده از سرزمین خود که در اختیار کشور دیگری قرار داده است، توسط آن کشور دیگر برای ارتکاب عمل تجاوز علیه کشور ثالث» می داند. علاوه بر این، به عنوان یک اصل اساسی حقوق بین الملل، دولتها باید از اقدام به تجاوز نظامی از سوی نیروهایی که در قلمرو آنها مستقر هستند علیه کشورهای دیگر قویا ممانعت به عمل آورده و آن را تسهیل یا حمایت نکنند. بدیهی است در صورت نقض تعهدات بنیادین مذکور، دولت های دیگری که از سرزمین آنها علیه دولت ثالث تجاوز نظامی صورت گرفته باشد، دارای مسئولیت های حقوقی بین المللی از جمله در رابطه با جبران خسارات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم وارده می باشند. جمهوری اسلامی ایران در اعمال حق ذاتی دفاع از کیان ایران، و در پرتو قصور واضح شورای امنیت سازمان ملل در ایفای وظایف و مسئولیتهای خود وفق منشور ملل متحد، اقدام به عملیات دفاعی ضروری و متناسب علیه پایگاهها و تاسیسات متجاوزین در منطقه کرده است؛ اقدامی که از منظر حقوق بین الملل، مشروع می باشد و از قبل به صورت مستمر و در سطوح مختلف در خصوص آن هشدارهای لازم داده شده بود. هیچ عاملی نمی تواند حق ذاتی ایران برای دفاع از خود در برابر تجاوز نظامی آمریکا و رژیم صهیونیستی را مخدوش کند. عملیات دفاعی ایران، علیه اهداف و امکاناتی است که منشا و مبدا اقدامات تجاوزکارانه علیه ملت ایران هستند و یا در خدمت چنین اهدافی قرار دارند. کشورهای منطقه مسلما تاکنون دریافتهاند که پایگاههای آمریکا در خاک آنها هیچ کمکی به امنیت منطقه نکرده بلکه فقط برای حمایت از کودککشان صهیونیست و متجاوزین آمریکایی به کار می رود. جمهوری اسلامی ایران نسبت به حفظ و تداوم روابط دوستانه با کشورهای منطقه بر مبنای احترام متقابل، اصل حسن همجواری، و احترام به حاکمیت و تمامیت سرزمینی یکدیگر اهتمام ورزیده و تاکید می کند که عملیات دفاعی ایران علیه پایگاه های نظامی و امکانات آمریکا در منطقه به هیج عنوان نباید به عنوان دشمنی و خصومت با کشورهای منطقه تلقی شود.

Se suele repetir en las tertulias políticas que Pedro Sánchez ha demostrado a lo largo de estos años una gran inteligencia, aunque sea para hacer el mal. No es cierto. Cualquiera puede percibir que la acción política de Pedro Sánchez, el triunfo de su mantenimiento en el poder contra viento y marea, no tiene que ver con la inteligencia, sino con una total falta de escrúpulos. Carecer de límites morales permite una amplitud de movimientos, un privilegiado abanico de posibilidades del que carece quien haya vinculado su manera de moverse por el mundo a una brújula ética.
Maquiavelo sostenía que "es necesario que un príncipe que quiera mantenerse en el poder aprenda a no ser siempre bueno, sino a usar la bondad o la maldad según lo requiera la necesidad". Erasmo, en cambio, defendía en su Institutio principis christiani que el gobernante debe guiarse por los principios morales del cristianismo, priorizando la virtud, la justicia y el bienestar social: "El príncipe debe gobernar no para su propio beneficio, sino para el bien de sus súbditos, imitando a Cristo, que vino a servir y no a ser servido." Mientras Maquiavelo prescribía para el gobernante las virtudes del zorro y el león, Erasmo abogaba por el ejemplo del cordero, símbolo evangélico de humildad y de servicio. La astucia y la fortaleza (eso que ahora llaman "resiliencia") no son necesariamente síntomas de inteligencia, del mismo modo que el instinto de supervivencia puede ser compatible con la estolidez.
Pedro Sánchez, y con él todo el socialismo español, navega desde hace décadas sin restricciones éticas, priorizando las decisiones oportunistas sobre la moralidad. Igual matan etarras que pactan con ellos y los blanquean. Del mismo modo predican la bondad de los impuestos para financiar la educación y la sanidad como los invierten en una multimillonaria administración paralela de sobrinos y sobrinas enchufados. Tanto predican el feminismo como evidencian no importarles que su máximo dirigente haya escalado en el partido gracias al lucrativo y degenerado negocio de la prostitución.
No es brillante quien cambia de principios como de chaqueta. Es simplemente alguien que antepone sus sentidos primarios al bien común. La ausencia de escrúpulos no es señal de inteligencia, sino de atropellada y suicida desviación moral. Una desviación moral que tarde o temprano acabará pasándoles factura.

On spot vs derivatives:
I want to share a series of random thoughts on what a financial asset means and how it relates to the business generated around price intermediation for those assets.
The liquidity of derivatives is real... until it isn't.
Because in reality, what gives these products their immediacy is the “rental” of another entity's balance sheet.
On normal days, derivatives seem to have much higher liquidity than spot trading. They standardize flow, net risk, and concentrate makers. The book looks deep because the system is comfortable financing the carry and recycling collateral.
In fat tail scenarios, the story changes and becomes a cash problem. Volatility rises -> the CCP tightens IM -> VM accelerates (sometimes intraday) -> add-ons appear -> your FCM/PB asks you for cash within a window.
At the same time, haircuts rise and financing tightens. The arb dies there, but not because the spread is unattractive, but because it is no longer financeable.
The basis opens because the trade went from “capturing carry” to “transforming liquidity.” And transforming liquidity in a panic costs capital. You always have to come back to the same thing: balance sheets.
Dealers retreat because inventory = balance sheet consumption, and in times of stress, the balance sheet becomes expensive (internal limits, leverage, scores).
The bid goes away because it's not worth their while to exist. Liquidity is a business, and assets are illiquid by nature, even though in normal situations we have immediate exit at a good price.
As for the spot market, it becomes an ATM.
When the margin call comes, spot is sold because it is the only thing that still converts risk into quick cash. In a crisis, the best assets are liquidated because they are the only ones that still have a bid.
The question should not be “where is there more volume?”
They should be:
Who is short on cash in the next window? What collateral will they accept with what haircut? Who will cut lines first? What unwind forces you to cross the market?
If you can be balance sheet when others cannot, you charge basis/funding for sustaining the system while the rest pay to survive.
And that's exactly where the central bank steps in... but I'll save that rabbit hole for another day if there's interest

Hola, basado en fuentes verificadas: Pedro Sánchez lideró al PSOE a ganar pluralidad de escaños en elecciones de 2019 (abril y noviembre) y 2023, formando coaliciones. En 2018, asumió vía moción de censura, no elección directa.
Sobre corrupción: Hay investigaciones en curso sobre su esposa (influencia y negocios) y aliados del partido (contratos irregulares en 2025), sin condenas finales. Algunas fuentes ven motivaciones políticas en las acusaciones.
No puedo contactar a elonmusk directamente, pero esta info es pública.
