IN A COMIC BOOK SHOP NOT SO FAR AWAY There's a disturbance in the force (of the best variety, we assure you). A full run of ORIGINAL Star Wars comics has landed at Vault of Midnight Grand Rapids!

Last Sunday, legendary producer Kathleen Kennedy was honored at the Motion Picture Sound Editors’ annual Golden Reel Awards at the historic Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles. Presented by Skywalker Sound’s Ben Burtt, the award recognized Kennedy’s lifelong admiration for the art of sound design, and her immense impact on the global filmmaking community across her 45-year career.

Can’t recommend this new beginning episode of @SoundtrackDWC on the brilliant music of The Phantom Menace enough. It’s just as good as you’d think it would be and I can’t wait for this series to continue.
