When was the last time Kwankwaso was there? I don’t even remember him campaigning in the SE in 2023. There are so many SEners that no longer go home. Instead of you to call out IPOB, you are red flagging Atiku.
Hon Henry Shield@HonShield

Dear Alhaji Atiku Abubakar @atiku , why have you not stepped foot in the whole of the South East since the last presidential election in 2023, even for a friendly visit? That’s a red flag 🚩for me.

She didn’t want Due Process, she wanted a Senate ticket without legislative, policy, or administrative experience. People can’t be saying they want Obi because of competence, while expecting Aisha Yesufu to go to the senate. That’s a double standard.
Elnathan John@elnathan_john

What a way to begin this so called process of making Nigeria better. If Aisha Yesufu's argument is that she wants due process and if she is honest about it, would she not then be a hypocrite if she had accepted this gift on a platter which is itself against due process? She says she wants level playing field and that includes for herself. She was not looking for a gift. This rebuttal only makes her point even clearer and proves everything she has been saying, which is that the process is flawed ab initio. If you want Nigerians to choose your party because you are different, you cannot openly run a party like a little fiefdom where the all powerful king hands out positions. You are only showing that it is business as usual in your own party. Because your king will not suddenly lose his appetite for hand picking people if Obi wins the presidential elections. He will not suddenly repent and embrace democracy once he gets real power as the ruling party. He who rides a tiger will end up in its belly. If you cannot show that you are different then there is no reason to position yourself as the better alternative for those who want real change in Nigeria. Do you really want Nigeria to change or do you just want power?
