Administration in healthcare is not just paperwork and coordination. It’s guiding patients through confusion, supporting medical teams under pressure, and making sure the system works for the people who need it most. Healthcare works best when leadership remembers the human side of every process.

She came to my shop yesterday to dodge for rain without even greeting when the rain was about to stop she wanted to be going not until the rain was still draining. Our eyes eventually caught each other but I just stood my ground not to offer her a sit just because she doesn't know how to utter a greeting.

There's a lady who comes to my house once a week to clean. I pay her 30k every month without fail. Yesterday, she called me urgently needing 50k. Since the month had just ended (just two day to go), I sent her 60k: 30k for her salary and an extra 30k to help her out. That way, she would have the 50k she asked for and still have 10k left. Five minutes after the call, she replied with a text: "Sir, you could have just completed the money so that I'll have enough to hold. This 10k now will not be enough to carry me for the month." I sent her an extra 20k and told her never to come back. I h8te nonsense and entitlement mentality. Above all, love God.

Someone close to me narrated a story that happened to his friend at work. This particular man works like a clock, he didn't know his clothes are bad, one day he was working and his trousers tore, his colleges had to borrow him a spare to manage, at the end of work the same day he check on his #100 Baba Ijebu slip, man hit a jackpot, he was ready to take everything home until his friend took him to the boutique and a nice restaurant, he got fresh new wears and ate whatever he wanted that day, as soon as he got home, the remaining money finished within hours sorting family bills. This life as a man, if you don't look after yourself sometimes, no one will. The day you will Kpai, they will contribute the kind of money they can't give you when you're alive for your burial.
YOM🗣️@ThaBoyYom

When I got to this part.. " Oga oo, I didn't even eat from it." He just went out…. WE FELT BAD when he came back carrying bags of yam, that day I realized that he doesn't even eat much from what he worked hard for. Yet he did not stop buying” So after ‘feeling bad and realizing’, the whole house didn’t even deem it fit to vex and even get the yam and cook for him(even if it’d be just that one time) ? The only realization was that he doesn’t eat and it didn’t stop him from buying ? That’s all he got ? Then the circle continues ? Man no see life come fr.

Men are not as problematic as women. You will never see a Father in-law leave his house to his son or daughter’s house to constitute nuisance for days or weeks but you will see a mother in-law leave her husband’s house to cause issues in her son or daughter’s home. CHECKMATE ‼️

Do father in-laws ever stress couples?

Yes, I am a lastborn, and it does not affect this. All I am trying to say is it's not enough for her to leave and not pick up calls; the guy and girl have an agreement on how to clean their house, the mom might be shocked, but leaving your child's house and not picking up their calls?

My mother-in-law stayed with us for 4 days and noticed I hadn’t swept the house once. She called me and asked why. I told her we have a cleaner who comes weekly and he was due the next day. The way she looked at me… She asked what exactly I do that I can’t sweep as a young woman, and why I’m “wasting” my husband’s money on a cleaner for a small 2-bedroom. I was about to reply when my husband spoke. He said, “I didn’t marry her to do chores… and it’s just 20k.” she got angry, went inside, came back with a broom and started sweeping. My husband and I just raised our legs for her to pass 😭 She looked at us, dropped the broom, and walked away. She stayed in her room till evening. The next day, the cleaner came as usual… and she left shortly after without saying a word to me. It’s been months now. She hasn’t called. She doesn’t pick mine either. I’m even thinking of calling her with my husband’s phone to beg… but he says I should leave her. I don’t even know what to do anymore. Should I just let her be? Was I actually wrong?

My dad is the one who buys foodstuffs in the house. He buys everything in large quantities. Everything! So we've never suffered for food. The only time he eats at home is dinner. Except for weekends. One day, he said he wanted yam because he bought it in large quantity the previous month. And we told him yam is finished. He asked, "All that yams?" We answered yes. His response was, " Oga oo, I didn't even eat from it." He just went out. We felt bad when he came back carrying bag of yams, that day I realised that he doesn't even eat much from what he worked hard for. Yet he did not stop buying.

Islamists just slaughtered Pastor Rev. Ayuba Choji, his wife Chundung, and their two young children — Cyril and Endurance — in Plateau State, Nigeria. An entire Christian family wiped out in their home. But sure… keep listening to the Woke Right and @Pontifex telling you “Islam is peaceful,” “it’s just a tiny minority,” and there’s nothing to worry about for Christians or the West. This is the same pattern destroying Christian communities across Nigeria — and spreading everywhere. Christianity is under attack.

Tahir has been posting his powerful videos for a while. The spirit of Soro soke never left him. I take note of handles like his, & I do the needful. There are others like him. Young energetic Nigerians with powerful voices. Changemakers in their own right. They fight one day at a time, so they can fight another day. They have taken our Gospel to the streets. I’ve noticed people tagging influencers like Wizarab under my post, and it got me thinking… Help shouldn’t have to wait for a big account before it matters. This is real life for me. This is my mum, and I’m just trying to do everything I can to save her leg. If you see this and you’re able to help in any way please do. And if not, even sharing it could reach someone who can. Thank you so much 🙏 Uche Ndubueze 3002226234 First Bank

Pretty interesting rhethorics from the Atiku camp, so it's important to do a recap of some sacrosanct facts: 1) That Atiku, as vice president to president Olusegun Obasanjo, moved to truncate Obasanjo's second tern bid by insisting that Obasanjo should step down and support him to become president in 2003. It took the intervention and mediation of all the elder statesmen to get him to back down 2) That Atiku decamped to the APC from PDP in 2014 to contest the APC presidential primaries with the reason that the presidency should return to the North. 3) That in 2018, he decamped back to the PDP after his failed bid of 2014/15 in order to contest the PDP primaries ahead of the 2019 presidential election. In this instance, it was agreed that no southern politician should stand for the primaries as it was still the turn of the North 4) That when Atiku won the PDP primaries in 2018, he sought the backing of Obasanjo who made him agree to two conditions: a) that he'd choose Peter Obi to be his running mate (Peter Obi had to be persuaded to accept). 2) that regardless of the outcome of the 2019 presidential election, that he'd not contest for the 2023 presidential election, and that he'd throw his weight behind Peter Obi in 2023 as the presidency had to return to the South. Upon agreement, Obasanjo supported him and convinced Peter Obi to run with him 5) That while Peter Obi delivered the South in the 2019 election, Atiku failed to deliver the North, losing to Buhari in his stronghold. 6) That in 2022, when it fell on Atiku to keep to his words, he reneged on them, and not only refused to support Peter Obi, but threw his hat in the ring for the 2023 presidential election, effectively forcing Peter Obi to seek another path. 7) That this singular move in (6) above led to the collapse of the PDP as a political party. 8) That in 2027, the presidency is supposed to remain in the south, and that the honourable thing, yet again, would be for Atiku to stand down and throw his weight behind Peter Obi and whoever Peter Obi chooses as his running mate, in order to redeem himself for his 2023. Having recapped these publicly verifiable events, the entire nation now watches keenly in the hope that Atiku will, for once, put the interest of the nation above self.
