💯- Great read
Larry Welnowski Jr.@plasticboss

I’m 55 years old. I own a multimillion dollar plastic resin distribution and resale business which I started in 2003. I started another business selling rugs and home goods. Why? I want to show my kids what is possible. I also want to inspire others with my actions and share them on this platform. I’m teaching my kids and others the value of time. Time should be our #1 priority. If you work a 9-5, you are strapped to a desk, punching a clock, rushing to be there on time, negotiating for PTO, putting in your vacation time early to get the week you want. Just typing this gives me anxiety. I lived that life for 6 years in my late 20’s and one day, I just left. Gave my 2 weeks notice and had no idea what I was going to do. The day I walked out that door, my uncommon life started. For the past 23 years, I do what I want, when I want, for however long I want. I’ve attended every one of my kids games, doctors appointments, and school functions. I take 7 vacations/year and have the freedom to play golf anytime I want. People often asked me if I had a job 😏 when I’d be the only parent at my son’s college baseball game at 2pm on a Wednesday in the middle of Pennsylvania. Does this mean I don’t work hard? Quite the opposite. Technology has given me the ability to work anywhere. I’ve made deals on the beach, the golf course, at Disneyworld, at a dentist appointment, everywhere. Time has become my obsession and I want it to become yours. By the way, I run my plastic business with 3 employees. Myself, my wife and my son. You don’t need to scale to be successful. I’ve tried it. It sucks to manage drama everyday. We run lean and mean. Same for the new business. Our time is always the priority. If an idea interferes with my freedom, it doesn’t happen. Just my philosophy, you can disagree and have different priorities, but we only have so much time left on this earth and you really don’t NEED to feel strapped to a 9-5. You just need to take action. No action means no progress. It’s means nothing changes. You don’t need a 3000 sq. ft. house, 2 car payments, a Rolex, designer clothes, etc. Scale back and start valuing time. I’ll be teaching you how to live an uncommon life like me because I believe in Karma. Give me a follow and I can't wait to help you live your life to the fullest. #onelife

The Carolina Panthers were costly to us and their diminutive QB. I would bet against them 10/10, it's a horseshit team over performing even at 8-10. Clowns acting like they have value, these morons needed to be punched in the face, unfortunately the Rams didn't capitalize.

Matt Patricia said his relationships with Ryan Day and Tim Walton played a significant role in his decision to coach for the Buckeyes. His family did, too. “It’s been unbelievable. This place is amazing. The fans are great, the stadium atmosphere, just all of it, the walk — my kids are in awe,” Patricia said. “They’ve seen some really cool things in sports, but this has been unbelievable for them.”

You know who I hate? The "Get a Real Job" crowd. Do you know how much sacrifice and hard work it takes to go for your dream job? You people are the most miserable losers on the internet. What's considered a real job? Going to the office at 8 AM hating your life? I'm sorry you didn't have the guts to go for it and I did. I worked really damn hard for this life. I love working in sports. I love my fake job. See you at Yankee Stadium tonight.

Jimmy Kimmel wasn’t funny, his ratings were in the toilet, and his advertisers were revolting. Also the bellyaching from the left over “free speech” after the Biden years fools precisely no one.

As I got older, I realized: • Playing it safe is the real risk • Obedience keeps you broke • Most rules were made to control, not guide • The 9–5 is a leash with benefits • I’d rather fail on my terms than succeed on theirs Rebellion made me rich.

Just finished up practice at @OhioStateFB @OhioStateOnBTN Lots of new faces, same goals. I wonder where Jeremiah and Carnell would rank in the NFL for WR1/ WR2? Would be up there. Obviously the QB battle. Different guys. Julian more pure passer, felt he was more accurate and technical operating the offense today. Lincoln is a bigger, stronger athlete. When he pulled the ball in read options you get to see a special athlete in space. Maybe we see both bc of the complimentary skills? Both getting reps with the 1s. Not concerned about that position. Either guys will be fine. Idk what defenses will be able to do to stop the offense. You have to play split safety to slow down these WRs, but I watched Klare create separation with ease and Thurman is a problem to deal with bc of his size. So do you have a LB try and guard them with no safety help? That can’t be the gameplan imo. Too good. Klare is a different talent than OSU has had at the position and the room is deepest it’s been. So maybe you play $$ or dime? That’s when OSU OL and RB will need to impose their will. They have the bodies. They have depth. Ethan Onianwa Is a freaky looking dude out there at T. Unit should compete with the top of the conference again. RB looks like a healthy rotation. CJ Donaldson reminds me oh Carlos Hyde. Physical, strong, powerful and now that he’s lost some weight he’s quicker. The room has multiple ball players they’ll utilize. Defensively- I’ll start with the LBs. most athletic group Ohio state has had. Styles and Reese are as freaky as they come and give you so much flexibility as they can cover sideline to sideline and hang with TEs. Downs is a 2 for 1 special. Meaning his instincts, IQ, and closing speed effectively give you and additional defender on the field. He can drop into coverage, leaving the flat wide open, and then close and tackle the flat before any YAC. One of many examples. DL is the key. I would put their floor as a top 5 DL, the question will be the ceiling. Can they dominate and control teams the way last years unit did? They have the size and physical attributes. Last thing that stood out is the completion. I had the thought early in drills watching Mylan Graham compete against downs. And Sanchez against the WRs. You have NFL level veterans competing against your young talent. That forces the young talent to be at their best every day. They have to learn, grow, and adapt. Spread throughout the roster and that’s how you compete and reload every year. Program is in a really good place and that credit to Ryan Day
