Psylocke Ninja continues to be an unexpected gem for Betsy! Seeley pens a thoughtful narrative for her throughout, making it clear whose mind we’re focused on

Another thing I really like about Ninja is Betsy’s guilt around sending the team through the Siege. She’s mentioned it a lot before but to see it like this is great. A shame these four have never actually had a deeper conversation about it. Maybe when Dazzler gets out of prison.

Psylocke: Ninja giving great backstory and reminding people it’s Betsy who did all the things. X-Men Outback coming to relive a beloved era and show Betsy before the swap. Gala coming to show her current status and setup the future. 50th anniversary coming for family time. Fed!

Psylocke: Ninja #4 did Not disappoint. No notes. This retro project has been such a joyride from start to finish, and I'm sad to see it wrap next month. This series is already a crown jewel in my Braddock collection.

Rather than spread misinformation about Betsy’s mini it would serve better to engage the writers that are writing your favorite character in hopes they’ll give you more stories to enjoy. Psylocke: Ninja is out now and X-Men: Outback this summer. 💜

Ngl, I was expecting -far less- from Psylocke Ninja. I'm legit stunned that this is actually putting a focus on the body dysmorphia, and having Betsy deal with microagressions / racist nonsense. Good stuff. One of the best X books of this current era, for sure.

We actually see on panel (I think the first time?) Betsy struggle to adapt to her new body. And Betsy correctly surmises that Jubilee’s hostility is largely motivated by fear Betsy will usurp her special place with Wolverine. And from Betsy’s easy banter with Logan, you get why.

Psylocke: Ninja #3. Another great issue. Betsy dealing with dysmorphia being stuck in a body with Sasquatch hands and dealing with micro-aggressions she’d never experienced are exactly what I’ve wanted from this story. Writers have said it but Seeley putting pen to paper >
